Credits System

Our service uses a credit-based system. Each image expansion costs 10 credits.

  • Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
  • Credits are for personal and commercial use with full rights
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated content and commercial usage rights:

  • You own full commercial rights to all content generated using our platform
  • Generated content can be used for any legal commercial or personal purpose
  • We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated content
  • Our platform, technology, and AI models remain our intellectual property
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service and any content you create.

  • Do not generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aggiii AI be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
